We sell very limited personal information, and only in the context of driver lists and driver recruiting. Outside of that context, we do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood (i.e., selling your personal information in exchange for money). However, we may disclose personal information to certain third parties under circumstances that may constitute a sale of that information under some laws. For example, disclosure of your personal information to another party who can use it for its own purposes can be deemed a sale under certain laws.
