Sensitive personal information that is publicly available is not considered Sensitive Personal Information or Personal Information.

Please note the specific pieces of personal information we may collect about you can vary depending on the nature of your interactions with us. In other words, we may not collect all personal information referenced below as it relates to you and we may not use your personal information for all purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies Disclosure.

EMPLOYEES AND APPLICANTS ONLY: Purposes For Which We Collect Your Personal Information

In addition to the above-identified reasons that we may collect and/or use the personal information of employees and applicants, we may also collect and/or use the above personal information to operate and manage our business, including managing our workforce. For example, if you are an employee or applicant, we may use your personal information to:
•         Manage workforce activities and personnel generally, including for recruitment, performance management, career development, payments administration, employee training, leaves and promotions;
•         Manage wages and other awards such as stock options, stock grants and bonuses, and provide healthcare, pensions, savings plans and other benefits;

•         To monitor eligibility to work in the U.S., which means monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements to establish ability to work in the U.S.;
•         To conduct healthcare-related services, including conducting pre-employment and employment-related medical screenings for return-to-work processes and medical case management needs; determining medical suitability for particular tasks; identifying health needs of employees to plan and provide appropriate services, including operation of sickness policies and procedures; and providing guidance on fitness for travel and fitness for expatriation;
•         To facilitate a better working environment, which includes conducting staff surveys, providing senior management information about other employees, and conducting training;
•         To monitor, investigate and enforce compliance with potential breaches of our policies and procedures and legal and regulatory requirements;
•         To ensure a safe and efficient work environment, which includes our actions relating to disciplinary actions, and code of conduct processes and investigations
•         To maintain security on our websites and Internet connected assets, which includes hosting and maintenance of computer systems and infrastructure; management of our software and hardware computer assets; systems testing, such as development of new systems and end-user testing of computer systems; training; and monitoring email and Internet access;
•         To comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, such as legal (state and federal) and internal reporting obligations.
•         To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;

2. Personal Information We Disclose and the Purpose for It

Disclosure of Personal Information to Our Service Providers and Contractors

We disclose and have disclosed in the preceding 12 months personal information to our service providers and contractors for the following business purposes.

•         Auditing of Ad Impression: We may disclose personal information for auditing purposes related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance with this specification and other standards.
•         Security and Fraud Detection: We may disclose personal information for our security and fraud detection services including detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
•         Functionality & Debugging: We may disclose personal information to engage in debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
•         Short-Term / Transient Use: We may disclose personal information for short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non-personalized advertising shown as part of a consumer’s current interaction with the business, provided that the consumer’s personal information is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about the consumer or otherwise alter the consumer’s experience outside the current interaction with the business.
•         Services on Our Behalf: We may disclose personal information in order to receive services performed on behalf of the Company, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing analytic services, providing storage, or providing similar services on behalf of The Company.
•         Advertising and Marketing Services: We may disclose personal information to provide advertising or marketing services on our own behalf.
•         Research & Development: We may disclose personal information for our internal research related to technological development and demonstration.

Please note that we may not disclose all of the personal information regarding you to service providers or contractors for the purposes set forth below.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We only use sensitive personal information for purposes disclosed herein.

Selling and Sharing (for Targeted Advertisement) of Personal Information to Third Parties

We sell very limited personal information, and only in the context of driver lists and driver recruiting. Outside of that context, we do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood (i.e., selling your personal information in exchange for money). However, we may disclose personal information to certain third parties under circumstances that may constitute a sale of that information under some laws. For example, disclosure of your personal information to another party who can use it for its own purposes can be deemed a sale under certain laws. In addition, some of our technology providers, such as our third-party data analytics partners like Google Analytics or Hotjar, may have access to your data for their own benefit, which may be considered a sale under certain state laws. Finally, we use an integrated system, which may provide to our affiliated companies and subsidiaries of our parent company access to your personal information. This too may be considered a sale under certain state laws.

We may also share with third parties certain personal information we have collected from you for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising).

Third Party Advertising
We also use third party advertising companies to place ads on other sites. We do this by allowing our advertising and social media partners to place their cookies on a browser of an individual who visits our sites and accepts the use of cookies. The data received by our third party advertising and social media partners allows them to measure the effectiveness of such advertising and to provide advertisements on other websites about our services which are tailored to your interests. We also use Google Analytics to ensure website functionality and improve our website and services. Chat Features.
We may use third-party chat bot services to provide our users with improved services, functionality, and a better user experience. 3. Our Retention Policy – How Long We Keep Your Personal Information.
